Mr. Hao Chen joined Source Code Capital in 2016. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in M&A transactions, financial due diligence and financial auditing and has close to ten years of experience in these areas. Mr. Chen previously served in the Auditing department of PwC as well as in the Transaction Services department of Deloitte, where he provided services to various top-tier private equity firms, multi-national corporations and state-owned enterprises in China. His sector knowledge spans over TMT, finance, education, manufacturing, real estate and agriculture.

Mr. Chen graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and holds a CPA designation in Australia.
