Ms. Lijia Zhu joined Source Code Capital in 2016. Ms. Zhu previously worked in Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP Beijing office. Prior to this, Ms. Zhu worked as a senior tax consultant in the Tax and Business Consulting Department of Deloitte.

⁣Ms. Zhu graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University and holds a Dual-Master's degree in Law from the University of Hamburg in Germany and the China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Zhu has obtained Chinese legal professional qualification and she is also a certified public accountant.
