Mr. Zheng Yunduan joined Source Code Capital in 2021. He is responsible for the firm's HR and Administration, and will participate in relevant organizational and managerial activities in his capacity as CHO.

Mr. Zheng has over 24-years experience in Human Resources, both in local and multinational enterprises, including conglomerate. He built up companies' structure and human capital systems from scratch, as well as designing and leading sizable HR professional teams. Prior Source Code Capital, Mr Zheng served as Chief Talent Officer for KE Holdings, Qihoo 360, and China Fortune Land Development. He was a consultant for the Vanke Group. He was also the co-founder of Xiaoyaoyao and was the head of its Human Resources. In his early years, he worked for Procter & Gamble, Shell, and Temasek in Singapore. Mr Zheng has studied and worked for many years in Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, USA, Singapore and Switzerland.

Mr. Zheng graduated from Nankai University (Tianjin, China) with a Bachelor's degree in philosophy and law. He later graduated from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, with an MBA degree. He attended a doctoral program in education at the School of Education of Peking University. He holds a lawyer's qualification certificate.
