Ms. Siying Liu joined Source Code Capital when the firm was founded in 2014. She has over a decade of experience in fund and financial management. Ms. Liu is primarily responsible for Source Code Capital’s fund operations, financial management and planning, risk management and talent management. She previously worked at Kaiwu Capital and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where she was responsible for fund management and financial institutions​.

Ms. Liu graduated from Nankai University with an MBA, where she also has a double Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Law. She is a CPA in China.
