Ms. Dandan Chen joined Source Code Capital in 2018 and focuses on investments in the e-Commerce sector. Previously, she was Founder and CEO of Taoshijie, a cross-border e-Commerce platform in China. Ms. Chen specializes in e-Commerce operation, organization structures and organization cultural management. She is also a DDI certified lecturer in leadership and entrepreneurial management training.

Ms. Chen studied in Germany for seven years and graduated from the University of Munich. She holds a Master’s Degree in Western drama, and an Executive MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
